Mahmud is a Partner and currently heads the litigation practice group. His primary area of practice are general civil, commercial litigation and banking litigation. He has represented local banks, major corporations, statutory bodies and local authorities and advices on claims and disputes in a wide range of fields including corporate and commercial disputes, banking, insolvency, debt recovery and contractual matters. He has also advised matters on probate, tenancy and execution matters. Mahmud has extensive experience in matters related to land acquisition and has represented clients in land acquisition appeals at the Court of Appeal.
Junaidi is a Partner and currently sits in the litigation and property management for Muslim and non-Muslim. He has wide knowledge on Muslim property including Hibah, Wasiat and Faraid. He has represented corporations, group, and individual dispute in variety of matters, such as non-Muslim divorce, debt collecting, and drafting corporate documents.
Kamal is a Partner and has vast experience in conveyancing matters and has advise matters pertaining to Subsale, Direct Developer, Probate. He also previously being appointed as the head of department for documentation at Azam Idzham Azman & Partners. He has involved with checking the facility documents from the various bank such as CIMB Bank Berhad, Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad, RHB Islamic Berhad, Maybank Islamic Berhad, Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam and Bank Islam.
Izzah is a partner and adept in civil litigation, commercial litigation & criminal litigation. She has represented multitude of clients in various pre-litigation & litigious matters particularly involving land, construction and real estate related issues. Izzah has also successfully assisted in securing a landmark decision in favour of a client in the apex court pertaining to a matter involving winding up & partnership.
Fairuz is a Litigation Lawyer who specializes in the property and estate management in the High Court for Muslim and Non-Muslim such as Probate dan Letter of Administration and she is trained and well experienced in Muslim’s property including Hibah and Wasiat. She has wide experience in other area of law such as banking litigation, debt claims, divorce for non-Muslim, drafting various types of agreements and have experience and exposed in conducting litigation matter in Lower Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Harzim is an associate in Litigation Department at the Shah Alam office of EMCO. He practices general litigation over a wide range of disputes, including contractual, commercial and tortious disputes, shareholders disputes, banking litigation, industrial, accident as well as providing advisory services. Harzim has been involved in all aspects of civil litigation in the civil courts up to the appellate stage in the Court of Appeal and conducts trials and hearings where as well as he assists Partners in various matters.
